Question:	Will this work on a pack n play
Answer:	Not well. You would have to make a hole in the pack-n-play to screw on the mobile making it not secure. I have attached the mobile to the back of a chair that I push near the pack-n-play. That seems to work the best. I just make sure that the chair is sturdy or I put something on it so it doesn't tip over.

Answer:	It has no hook, it has a "stick" with screw thread sticking out from it main body, and you connect it by tightening a locking nut onto it. the railing is wedge between the body and the nut.this thing is heavy with the 3 size C battery (or D cannot remember off hand).so i would think you can install on any surface/wall that can take it weight with a hole for you to wedge the machine.or u can put it in a backpack and carry it around playing....but it would look weird.if u just want music and not the 3 animal merry go round you can detact it and bring along the base like any portal radio player.hope this help

Question:	Will this fit my crib? The railing piece is 2 3/4" tall and 1 1/8" thick
Answer:	No it will not. Unfortunately I used this item and it does not fit. Now what to do. Not for the new style cribs.
Question:	Does it come with the X that you hang stuff from
Answer:	No. It has the hook that a pre-made mobile would hang from. Not the X
Question:	Does this have to be screwed into the crib? Or is it removable
Answer:	It is removable. The screw acts a a clamp that you can tighten onto the outside top of the crib rail. It's difficult to describe, but fits securely and is easy to attach. Assemble the whole thing and then attach. Looking at it will make it simpler to understand how it fits.
Question:	Does the Music Box turn the mobile so that the items on the arms spin? If so, can you make it spin without the music playing
Answer:	The music box turns the mobile so the items on the arms spin. You can manually spin the arms without the music playing (i.e. push it with your hand), but you cannot crank the music box and set it to spin the arms in silence. Note: there is a little slide on the music box where you can enable/disable the music-playing, but I think that is just for using when you want to stop the music before the crank finishes it's turn. You cannot disable the sound, and still have the music box automatically turn the arms.

Question:	Where can I find the child safety certificate for this
Answer:	I have had the exact same problem. Just returned the 2nd one the Mobil didn't rotate at all the the first one only worked for a few days and quit working even after new batteries were installed. It's to bad it didn't work my baby really liked it.
Question:	does the light protector work after you remove the mobile arm
Answer:	No. The voice activation cannot be turned off. There is just an option for how long it will stay on after it gets activated. You can however turn off the whole thing when not in use. My family has run out the batteries by activating the hippo with our coughing when the hippo is left on.
Question:	The box says that this responds to baby crying. I took that as it would turn on and run when it heard the crying but so far it doesn't seem to react
Answer:	They don't actually flash, but they do fade in and out and they are multi-colored. This is a wonderful toy, it plays music or does nature sounds and tells some nursery rhymes and the stars are very appealing as well. I highly recommend it.
Question:	I have installed new batteries but cannot get the mobile to project the stars from the top nor will the rotating arm actually rotate. Any insight
Answer:	No it does not, but it does play icean waves which on my opinion sounds close to white noise. We have a Summer Infant lamb that plays white noise.

Answer:	It should definitely spin. Mine spins (except when the batteries are dying). I would recommend twisting the hook that attaches to the mobile to see if it may be off track, and if that doesn’t resolve it definitely send it back.

Answer:	Hi! the musical mobile comes with a crib mount that will fit standard sized crib rails as pictured in the photos. The crib mount won't attach safely to speciality or sleigh style crib rails.
