Answer:	It appears to be single ply. It is thick enough to block the heat from a wooden deck in 100 degree weather however. You'd probably have to spend a lot more for two-ply. I bought it for the length. It was one of the longest towels out there between Amazon and eBay with a simple color (as opposed to a wild print.) It's not a terribly thick towel but thicker than most beach towels. I thought it was a bargain for the money.

Answer:	It did not the BabyBjorn Travel crib, it buckled up the base mattress. I could just barely make it work on the Graco pack and play, it fit very wonky and caused the middle segments to slightly overlap. Question:	Does this pad fit a Simmons mattress
Answer:	We have a Naturepedic mattress that's 27.5"Wx52"Dx6"H and it fit fine at first, but it has shrunk a bit after a few washes and now it's become a pain to put on. We have been a lot happier with the Naturepedic Waterproof Flat Crib Pad, 28x52. It's a lot pricier, but we've been using it for almost two years and it's still in wonderful shape. The Naturepedic crib pad is not fitted, but we've found it's a lot simpler to use since the mattress we have is quite heavy. Hope this helps.
Question:	Is this breathable
Answer:	I chose this set for both my son and daughter's cribs. The waterproof portion is below a soft fabric layer so I would say this is pretty breathable. It isn't noisy and crinkly when they move and it adds a touch of warmth and fluffiness to the beds.
Question:	How thick is this pad
Answer:	I would describe the mattress pad as "perfect." It isn't thick or thin; it has a quilted top and the sheets fit beautifully over it. We are the Grandparents so we don't use the crib constantly but when "our baby" comes over, his Mama swears he likes it better than his crib at home. So much so that we actually gave her and our son-in-law the extra pad that came in the pack and they love it, too. I initially looked at all the expensive eco-friendly sorts of mattress pads. Ultimately, I went with this one which turned out to be an excellent and economical choice. Our daughter is now expecting twins (oh my!) and I will buy them again.
Question:	Does this mattress pad leave the mattress still firm enough for an infant, in regard to SIDS risk? Or is it too thick/soft for an infant
Answer:	You'd barely register the difference with/without - This pad is simply quilted and waterproof, not a cushion.' - And the waterproofing works too.
