Answer:	Hello, The jars can be boiled, as they are glass. However, please be careful going from cool to heat. It would be best to put the jars (at room temperature) in the water before bringing it to a boil, and keep it at a gentle boil to sterilize. The lids cannot be boiled.

Answer:	For grownups, the lid is easy open. It's a double seal and it snaps down tight for an air tight seal. But I've never had any issues opening it. I still use them now for dips and condiments when I pack a lunch for work. For children, it would be difficult to open.

Answer:	A 5” sheath will not fully cover the blade. Unfortunately, we do not currently make a guard or sheath for this knife.
Question:	Do these trays pass the Silicone pinch test
Answer:	Solingen Germany - But the quality is not what it used to be. They have fractionated their line. The classic blade is thinner than it used to be, less steel same price. The Wusthof knives are also Solingen Steel and they have not compromised on quality - buy that line instead.
Question:	I have a 5 month old and plan to start feeding her some homemade baby food soon. Are these too big for babies? better for toddlers
Answer:	In some rare cases, people will try to pass off regular stainless steel with no layering as Damascus by laser printing a design on the blade. These are pretty easy to spot because they either don’t look like Damascus or the pattern could just rub off. Real Damascus is intrinsic to the steel itself but fake Damascus is only a facade. You can use sandpaper to get that satin look. Once it’s nice and polished, etch it with ferric chloride or muriatic acid. If the Damascus pattern comes back, it’s real. If not, you have a fake on your hands.

Question:	Do these nest? As in when they are stored are they tapered so they can fit inside each other
Answer:	They are only slightly tapered, so they only "nest" by maybe a centimeter of overlap.
Question:	Do the labels for ounces wash off after a period of time if hand washing or using dish washer
Answer:	I know it washes off in the dishwasher. I haven't and won't bother with hand washing. Instead, I've purchased some "chalkboard" labels. These stay on even in the dishwasher and since liquid chalk is used for writing on them, it's even more convenient to be able to relabel them. These Sage containers are perfect for our meal storage needs and the chalk labels are perfect for labeling.
Question:	Where can I buy more labels
Answer:	They don't sell additional labels unfortunately. We end up buying food labels by chubbiee that stay in place over time and can be removed very easily with NO residue. They are super cute as well!
Question:	Are these leak proof with liquids? Want to use as drink cups for kids. Another brand leaks when I shake it upside down with water
Answer:	I just filled one with water and shook it, and it did leak. I wouldn't recommend these for that purpose.
