If used as a hand cream, for example, it'll leave your hands greasy feeling, so it provides a protective barrier when used as a diaper cream, but the ingredient's (mainly the Calendula?) have a gentle healing property that seriously makes a significant positive difference. I also take a about a tablespoon of this, and mix it with about 40ml of "Shea Moisture- Raw Shea Butter Rub Baby Oil", and when he's got a yeast infection, pump a few squirts of this on his little tush AFTER applying the prescribed medication, to seal it all in, and to help heal the sores he gets from the YI. I used a generous amount each time (4-5 pumps) since my guy has a lot of hair. The one thing to note is that it is not tear free so you have to be pretty vigilant about keeping it out of their eyes. It happened a couple of times and it seemed just to sting his eyes a little bit, nothing too dramatic. I hope that is helpful. |

| Answer: | 45 lbs is pretty big for this trailer. My guy is 35 lbs and he is comfortable sitting up in it, but it's a tight fit laying down and he dislikes it. So, assuming yours will stand up the entire time, you gotta take wide turns and maintain a low center of gravity to ensure the trailer doesn't tip. Mine jumped out a few times, so you have to attach them with the built in short leash. A mirror looking back is critical so you can see what he's doing... I'd do lots of short rides in safe, uncongested places before taking him in any environment where there are peripheral dangers such as traffic, lots of people, and swerving. |

| Answer: | I used this product on my infant who has sensitive skin but not acne prone skin. It is a very mild gentle cleanser so I didn't notice it clogging any pores. |

| Answer: | I do not recommend using this on sensitive babies at all. I don't think it's tear free, but it made my daughter break out in a heat-type rash and I never used it again. Some kids are sensitive to the citrus ingredients. I would rather recommend 'little twig'. It's spendy, but more gentle for babies and toddlers than this stuff. |
