Answer:	I do but it's a giant pain. The Lansinoh bra is way easier with Spectra.

Answer:	The bra is basically a tube top with a zipper in the front and two holes about where one's nipples are located so the pump parts can go through. If your pump is similar in build to a Medela, I would expect that it can work.

Answer:	Its a heavy spandex type material that is very stretchy but sturdy. The stitching is string but not itchy at all. I find it very comfortable.

Answer:	Yep. Mine aren't straight high beams either and this strap was the mvp accessory that got us through the whole first year. The slats are very wide to accommodate different flange/nipple positions.

Answer:	They hold them in tightly for me. I go completely hands-free when I pump I on both sides. Or I pump on one side, while baby nurses on the other side. I can eat with both hands while pumping too-that will be important when I'm back to work. And the openings are actually very thin until you put the flanges on. This thing is hard core.
Question:	Do you they run small
Answer:	I have found this bra to be extremely adjustable and I think it would work well for large and small rib cages and breast sizes. The side of the bra that faces toward you while wearing it is made up of the fabric that the Velcro sticks to. While that sounds bad, it's not uncomfortable. You can make it as loose or as tight as you need it to be.

Question:	What size should I get if I'm a 38D
Answer:	The size chart is one of the pictures with this item -- according to it, you should order a medium. I think the snugness is what helps to hold the pumps in place; you don't want those falling off! ;)
Question:	Is it compatible with only the bravado nursing bra
Answer:	It's only guaranteed with the Bravado bras - but it sounds like it'll work with some others according to a previous poster

Question:	Do Spectra pump parts fit with this bra
Answer:	Look inside the top seam of the cup (there should be a gray lining). Pull on it and you will find several hook holes. Wear the strap halter style around your neck and place the hooks wherever it is most comfortable for you.
Question:	Can you use this bra with a spectra pump flange
Answer:	At this time, our smallest cup is a C.
Question:	What is the exact measurement of medium and large sizes? i am 34b in bra size. not sure which size to get for this
Answer:	It does run true to size. I would recommend measuring a couple times to make sure you are getting the same result each time.
Question:	Do you have to wear a bra underneath the breast pump band
Answer:	Our bra will hold the freemie cups, however, it will cause stretching overtime.
