The ring, nipple and vent tube that comes with this can fit on any bottle, but must be used together. This nipple does not have a valve on it so you cannot use it with a normal ring. Hope this helps.

Answer:	If it is the Y shape nipple then you need to thicken formula enough. You can also buy other size nipples that work for multiple ages.

Answer:	Yes you can. I use the regular stage 2 nipples because although we need the bigger bottle and put cereal in baby's milk, it's not so thick to use the "y" nipples that come with this bottle yet. I have not tried the anti colic parts yet though.
