Answer:	I've only bought one refill pack and it was new from eBay. I still use this although my son is now six months old. I dont like to use the gripe water all the time, and this item is still effective with almost daily use between the original purchase and the refill pouch I bought two months ago. The warm pouch still helps him have a bowel movement and place him to sleep when he's fussy.
