Answer:	Warming the bottle is a totally unnecessary step. Just use room temperature steralized or bottle water and powder formula. Put the cap on and give it a shake. New mommys have enough to deal with without adding unnecessary steps.

Answer:	It all depends on the weather outside. If it is hot then it will melt faster and keep the milk cold for less time. At 80 deg. weather the max it lasted for me was 3 hours. But there are days it has stayed out 5 hours

Answer:	Lots of problems with contaminants. Check pictures in reviews. Metal shavings in my 'steril' unopened bag!

Answer:	You throw them away. If you are going to use the whole system I feel its worth the money. The cost for 50 medela pump and freeze bags (which also get thrown away) is 15.99 for 50, the twist pouches are 17.99 for 40 so I dont feel like the cost is terrible. And I have no more dishes and no more transferring of bags and i need alot less storage since I only use 4 nipples and 2 "bottles". So for a few extra dollars, for me,the convenience and ease of using the entire twist system is worth it. If you only are using them to store, then yes they would be a waste.

Answer:	Yes. I travel 8-9 hours a day. By the time I get home, the milks are extremely cold. You should be find! Plus the bag pretty much fits in any of my purses

Answer:	Yes - the 5/6 oz bottles only, but note that nothing else fits (which, when you have other equipment you must keep clean/refrigerated, it makes this bag a little less useful). I ended up giving this bag to someone else to use for carrying yogurt containers to work and rely on a much larger bag that fits everything.

Question:	Can this material be ironed on? Looking to have it customized and not sure if nylon will be able to handle it
Answer:	Not sure, i never tried. However, I would think that you could if you dont use high heat and if you put something inbetween the iron and the bag like a bandana or thin washcloth

Answer:	Not sure what a MAM bottle is but I put three ice packs along with 6 8oz Medela bottle and still have room in the top compartment

Answer:	It depends on your location. I was in El Paso when I first purchased and would get 4 hours use from the ice pack so I had to ensure I had a freezer available. Now I am in Washington state and I am getting almost 6 hours.
Question:	Can it fit a Spectra pump inside
