Answer:	Hi, ours comes out fairly fast. With out dog, she has terrible allergies and it often settles in her ears, with ear infection after ear infection. This combined with drops from the vet has done wonders for her. Most of the time the drops alone work, but several times we have had to use the ear wash first, let her shake her head a few times. and then used a soft cloth and clean out her ear where the finger can easily reach. Never push in too far. Needless to say, she hides when she sees the bottle come out, LOL, but her relief is instant. She will be so bad she is running and shaking her head, rubbing the floor, she is in such pain and itching, so this has done wonders.

Answer:	I think they only come in a set. It’s not bad to have extras. My grandkids come over and like to eat in the living room, so I throw a couple down on the coffee table. I put one in my night stand even.

Answer:	I don’t see that happening with the ones that I bought. It is possible that it could happen over time as the fibers become dry but mine are new and seem fine

Answer:	I would not attempt to machine wash as i think they would unravel. I have rinsed them off and allowed them to dry with no problems though.

Answer:	They are easy to clean. I do not suggest you rinse off the dirt with water. Just shake off the dirt (depending on what dirt is on it) you may need to use a wet cloth.
