Answer:	It's for texture purposes. If you look at all the baby pouches, juices, ect. it has other fruits such as pears or apples for flavor and texture reasons. I trust Plum Organics brand wholeheartedly, it's one of the few brands I fed my son when on simple foods and he seemed to love them as well w/o any reactions.

Answer:	If you mean acne scars- it's not a scar remover per se . I would think ,over time , that some scarring would fade. But I would tend to think that it would depend on the severity of the scar. I do know that with the passage of time my skin became much more even in tone and texture. Hope that helps!

Answer:	Each can has a different expiration date on it appropriate to the date you buy it.

Answer:	I don't think anyone but Amazon could answer this for a exact date. They all have different dates depending on the flavor you choose and when it is manufactured. I think the ones I got had at least 3 months. I purchased the six pack so they were gone in less than a month anyway.

Answer:	7 months, but our son is extremely advanced (We got approval from his dr first). He started crawling at late 5 months. You have to make the decision that's best for your family, but I'd say babies are ready from 7-9 months.
