I mix 3 scoops with 6 ounces of water for my daughter, every 4 hours, and a container lasts me 4-5 days. (She is 11 months old and sleeps 8 hours through the night, so she is not eating during that time).

Answer:	Add nursery water with no added fluoride or other purified water (we have the 5 gallons delivered to the house so I use that). Mix according to the label- 1 scoop per 2 oz of water and shake with cap on the bottle instead of the nipple which can get clogged. I didn't warm the bottles which has been much easier because my son will take the bottle at room temperature which is a big plus when we are out of the house. If you do warm the formula remember never to use the microwave.

Question:	What is the best organic stage 2 baby formula
Answer:	None they’re just a scam. Use stage 1 formula until 12 months, then wean onto cows milk or a milk alternative like almond or hemp milk.
Question:	How can I mix this to make it less foamy
Answer:	Hi, Thank you for posting your question. Infant formulas containing milk, whey and or soy protein have a natural tendency to foam. The amount of foam in our formula may also vary from batch-to-batch due to the normal variation of the protein structure in the ingredients. Excessive shaking and water temperatures may also cause foam in the baby bottles, but foam variance is something that is considered totally normal. Try allowing the bottle to rest 5 minutes after mixing and then gently shake it, that may reduce the amount of foam. :) I hope that helps!
