Answer:	Alan, If your child wets a good bit in them, than yes, it is very noticeable. My daughters both are bed wetters. One much worse than the other. She is also 12 1/2. But when she does it. She changes hers midway through and sometimes still has leaks. But again she is 12. It is usually when she has had a lot to drink or she has been dehydrated. The younger 8 year old almost never leaks. It is harder to tell when she has wet. Hers does not fill up like my older one unless she has had an amazing amount to drink or like one day she had a steroid treatment. That did it. But when it is full, not only will others notice but they will have a full leak everywhere. Still better than when I was younger.
