Answer:	Yes. I use mine for my JuJuBe bags- several styles. If the bag has rings to hang from, these will work.

Answer:	They Velcro onto your stroller handles. So if you have a spot about 1inch on the sides of your stroller handles available it should work for you. It works on my jogging stroller, my sit and stand baby trend and my chicco stroller.
