Answer:	I bought the LARGE size, and it fits perfectly my Neverfull Luis Vuitton shopping bag. I dont know about MCM, but I guess the best bet is to take your MCM along at LV and compare sizes. However, it's important to consider, perhaps, what other sizes of bags you have, smaller than the MCM, because, after all, this Vercord product is also meant to make the changing of bags easier, so it'll be good if you could move the organizer into other bags... Answer:	No, it is fabric all around so it actually folds flat. I guess you could put a small plastic base inside if you wanted to but it does not come with a plastic base.

Answer:	I bought this bag to go inside a tote purse that had no pockets inside or outside. It fit perfectly flat in the tote. I found it very helpful to hold, glass cases, (both clear and sunglasses), cell phone, chapstick, keys and still room to put wallet and makeup bag in the center. It does not cave in nor do the sides collapse inwards. Unfortunately I’m not sure about liquid spills as I did not have that experience. I found it very sturdy and kept my “things” extremely well organized which is what I wanted to use it for. I really like this insert bag.
