Answer:	Yes- in fact these are my favorite bags because they have a wider opening at the top. It's a complicated system though- connect spectra flanges to a spectra bottle adapter, then use medela bag adapters. Even though it's a lot of parts, it saves to much time pumping directly in the bag. Good luck!

Answer:	Hi, the bib and diaper are really small (12" doll). Other than that I think it's great. I did end up getting a bigger bag with a double stroller so I use that bag instead, but the 1 that comes with it works too. I think it will be fine.
