Answer:	Mine didn’t, nor was it made for one. I have the all black with the flap over the top, it does not have a usb cord but it also doesn’t have the specific battery pack compartment or anywhere to plug the pack into or charge.
Question:	What kind of wipes fit and can be pulled out of the side pouch? All the bags of wipes I’ve tried cannot be pulled from the side pouch
Answer:	I have never used the wipe pocket for actual wipes. It just ends up being a big side pocket for soppy cup or extra clothes

Answer:	So it does have a lot of pockets and storage options but, tbh not sure how much more stuff you’ll need to take with a second child so idk if this is big enough. It’s sufficient for one child for sure with quite possibly some room to spare.
