WASH

Before First Use: Wash all diapers and inserts hot (140F/60C max) at least once before use, using a cloth diaper safe detergent. Wash new bamboo products hot with detergent 3-4 times to bring them to maximum absorbency. No drying is needed between washes.

Dirty Storage: Store in a dry pail.

Wash: Shake off poop into the toilet. Cold pre-wash, no detergent. Wash hot (140F/60C max) with detergent. Extra rinse. No laundry additives. Line dry or tumble dry low. No bleach. No fabric softener.

Tips: Mama Koala recommends a minimum of 24 diapers to cloth diaper full time. Change your baby's diaper every 2-3 hours. We recommend washing every 1-2 days.

Hello! My name is Kristina. I am a wife, mom of 3 little ones, and the inventor of Baby Bumco.

My first son had a GI irritation that resulted in constant acidic poops as a newborn. His bum was raw with open blisters for over 40 days. Bringing relief to him consumed my every thought. At one point I read that proper diaper cream application included washing your hands before applying diaper cream. Answer:	Generally, TPU does not bother baby's skin and it is safe for skin to touch the inner lamination.
Question:	How tall is it
Answer:	How have you folded them? You could try folding the prefolds on themselves like a letter and placing them inside the diaper like a pocket diaper insert. You could also just buy pocket diaper inserts and use them unsecured, or you could use the covers to go over wool diapers.
Question:	is it possible to get pink and green instead of blue and green
Answer:	I would personally get the size 2. I bought the Size 1 based on the size guide, and it feels weirdly small. My baby is not super chubby, and is actually quite skinny in the waist and still using Size 1 Paper diapers (my back-up when we use all of the cloth in our diaper service). The section that goes down the middle feels too narrow and doesn’t cover the cloth diaper insert we use.

Hello! My name is Kristina. I am a wife, mom of 3 little ones, and the inventor of Baby Bumco.

My first son had a GI irritation that resulted in constant acidic poops as a newborn. His bum was raw with open blisters for over 40 days. Bringing relief to him consumed my every thought. At one point I read that proper diaper cream application included washing your hands before applying diaper cream. I knew this was not practical and was also tired of constantly smelling cream on my hands, so I invented the Baby Bumco Diaper Cream Brush. Question:	Is this the same as the ointment in the tub
Answer:	No, it's not. Once I realized that they'd changed the formula of THIS cream, I tried their others....the stuff in the tub is way easier to put on...but is not nearly as effective...that being said....I don't like the new formulation of the diaper ointment in the tube either....but the stuff in the tube is thicker and works better than the stuff in the tub. It took me a while, but I finally found another cream thats sold here on amazon that works far better than either of these... try the All Good Goop https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003MUQRWU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=AHJM0CUMW6L42&psc=1 It comes in one, two, four, and nine ounce jars...but a little goes a LONG way and it's good for diaper rash, burns, cuts, scrapes, etc...with no nasty cheap out ingredients.
Question:	Is this the new packaging
Answer:	This packaging has been used for at least two years. Maybe, and that is a strong maaaaaybe, they have made very subtle changes. But none that I have seen, and I like to think I am alert to things like this. Buy with confidence if you are looking for diaper rash cream. As a barrier cream, this is the best there is. Question:	Is this a white cream? or a clear/yellow ointment (like neosporin
Answer:	It is a white thick cream. It does sometimes separate which can lead to a funnier yellow like liquid coming out. You just need to knead it a little to mix it back together.

Answer:	If you enjoy picking water resistant diaper paste from under your nails then have at it. It's not about touching his butt, you still gotta wipe. And actually, I think this does a better, even coat. Haters gonna hate but I think it's awesome.

Question:	Hi i have a french bulldog that doesn’t control esfinters and I used diapers for babies. I use size 4 huggies. Will this ones work for my dog
Answer:	With this brand, the inserts are just slid inside. The diapers themselves are very customizable as far as sizing goes, and it’s the same for the inserts. Just adjust the insert length to match the diaper sizing, then slide on in. If it’s for a boy, it’s recommended to put the thicker end at the front; for a female, it’s recommended to have thicker side in the back. I haven’t needed any extra inserts yet, and we’ve been using these for about 5 months. Sometimes there may be poo-stains, but that’s just part of cloth diapering — a little trick is to put them out in the sunlight; I don’t understand it, but it does the trick (usually). The biggest thing I think is just being prepared for cloth diapers in general. They work great for our family, but they aren’t for everyone.
Question:	Do these have double gussets
Answer:	Sounds like all the soap might not be out of them... Try running them thru wash no soap and see if you have suds
Question:	What's the deal with inserts are they reusable as well? This will be my first time buying cloth diapers o I don't know much about them
Answer:	They frequently add new patterns but the more desirable options sell out quickly.
Question:	Do you have to change the shell every time you change a insert
Answer:	Yes. I use them year round. My baby doesn't 'sweat' in them. You can also use them as a swim diaper if you take the insert out!
