Washing Instructions - Oh so easy

We recommend washing every 2-3 days. We have found that the Best Bottom system washes beautifully as it takes up less space in your washing machine allowing more room for agitation getting your diapers super clean.

Answer:	If it were my baby, I would feel more comfortable having a cot top changer unit. But it would work to just use the pad directly on the cot bed. It does have a buckle that you can hook around the bed to secure it but it does NOT have a non-skid bottom.

Answer:	Yep! This is just a bit shorter than most pads, but I use regular-sized covers.

Answer:	Yes, it's a uniform height all the way around. Although that is four inches from the top to the edge, the middle is about 1.5 - 2 inches tall, so the height the baby needs to overcome is about 2 - 2.5 inches. I've found it to be really useful, and more importantly easy to clean.

Answer:	I scraped the rake on my own skin and it did not even scratch my skin so I doubt a dog with fur feels any kind of scraping. It does not cut the fur. The curved rake is shaped sort of like a claw, so as you pull back, it virtually "digs out" the undercoat build-up under the top coat. It leaves my Great Pyrenees' coat looking smooth and not "choppy and cut up" like most deshedding tools I've seen - which is my favorite thing about this rake.

Question:	Does the outer case come off
Answer:	Thirsties recommends one cover for every 4 diapers in use. I never had much luck reusing covers as newborns. My little always seemed to get leaky poo on the trim and inside. I currently have 1 cover for about 3diapers, and I have 3 children in cloth. My almost 3year old doesn't soil covers as much as my 7 month old, so I kind of shift them around as needed.
Question:	Would I get by without using a cover
Answer:	I dont know if there was a change in the velcro but we have one with this type of closure and it works really well. It is in the peacock feather print.

Answer:	These are basically just the outside of the all in one. You provide the absorbant layer. You can use inserts for pocket diapers, prefolds, flatfold diapers, fitted diapers, or even the disposable inserts (ideal option for traveling, especially if you are just getting used to cloth). I have even been known to use receiving blankets, in a pinch (I got too many blankets and barely any diapers). You just fold them down to size, lay them in the cover and close it around your little one. It's easy and affordable. I can get a package of prefolds for close to the same price as one all in one diaper, and you can easily adjust the absorption level without worrying about the diaper leaking due to the added fluff.

Answer:	The Economy Plus Pack for the $49.98 has 2 packs with 66 so you get 132 ins size 2. They also sell Giga Jr pack for 24.99 and you only get 1 pack of $66 in size 2. The amount of diapers varies when you change sizes.

Answer:	I don’t see why not. These are more expensive diapers since they are hyperallergenic.
Question:	How many come in the order
Answer:	I dont think your baby would develop a sensitivity to regular huggies unless they already have sensitive skin. But would not be caused by starting off with these diapers. My son has very sensitive skin which is why we tried these diapers and they are absolutely amazing.

Easy Care

1. Remove as much solid waste from diaper as possible. This can easily be done either by using a biodegradable liner or a diaper sprayer.
2. Run a rinse or short wash cycle on warm without detergent.
3. Run a heavy duty wash on warm/hot with the recommended amount of detergent for your washing machine.
4. If you have soft water we recommend doing an extra rinse at the end of the wash cycle.
5. Throw everything in the dryer and dry on warm.
