Answer:	It depends on the thickness of your Mat. Also...my bag shrank a bit after washing and drying ...so will not hold even one block. My suggestion about washing the bag is launder by hand and air dry. Maybe will lessen the shrinkage. One more thing...on the outside of the bag there is a zipper and the fabric unraveled in that area. Another reason to hand wash. Hope this helps.

Answer:	One small zip pocket (approx 7x8") inside. On each end of it you can see zippers, too. One is a regular Outside end pocket and the other is a deep pocket that can protrude into the interior enough to store a pair of shoes.
