Answer:	The zip has one extra layer of foam padding (3 instead of 2) as well as a stowaway kid console for snacks. It then zips off easily vs several hooks.

Answer:	I purchased this for my five years old. My son seems to lay his head on the side when he falls asleep and his head does not slump forward. The fabric is breathable. I spent over $200 on the previous car seat and I prefer this one so much more.
Question:	What is the weight limit to use the LATCH buckles for this booster seat
Answer:	Just wanted to clarify one thing... the weight limit for all latch systems is not necessarily 65 lbs. Our current carseat has a max weight of 65 lbs, but only of 45 lbs. if used with the latch system. So, I can use the carseat until my kid is 65 lbs IF I use install it with the seatbelt, but if I use the latch system to install, the kid's weight maxes out at 45 lbs. Our pediatrician explained that the reason for this is that the latch system is sufficient for 45 lbs in the case of an accident. If you install the carseat with a seatbelt, the seatbelt takes part of the force, so the child can weigh more than 45 lbs. Similar thing with a booster seat: With a booster seat, the seatbelt takes on part of the weight of the child rather than the latch system entirely holding onto the weight of the child + seat. I realize I don't actually have an answer to the question (I was looking through the Q&A with the same question in mind). But saying a carseat can use the latch system up to 65 lbs. is incorrect and could be dangerous in an accident, so I wanted to add this "answer."

Answer:	Yikes! I had all 3 of my children in a 5 point rear facing until 2, and 5 point front facing latch until 5. A 10 month old is far too tiny for less than 5 point harness for many years, please choose safety not price.

Answer:	Yes it does come off so you can use it as a backless booster. Very easy to switch it too!

Answer:	It is MUCH simpler to latch and unlatch than a normal harness car seat. Also, it is not absolutely necessary to use the latch system (I believe I read this in the instructions), because the latch system is just there to keep the booster in place when a child is not sitting in it with the seat belt on.

Answer:	No. It doesn't have a base to click into. It uses the lap/shoulder belt to hold it in place. There may be an anchor strap. I can't remember, but Maine just made these seats not legal for the size/weight of the kids I put in them. (I'm the grandmother).

Answer:	Yes, in original manufacturer's box, unopened! Also, the seats (2) I bought were manufactured in April 2014, which for me meant they were 3 weeks new when I got them. My daughter is 4 1/2 and tall for her age and she loves the seat. We recently drove from Sydney to Queensland, a 12 hour drive, and she was fine all the way, even when sleeping. Hope this info helps.

Answer:	Hello, our Solana backless booster seat does not come in parts, as it is one complete booster seat. The "armrest" are not only for comfort, but are guides to help place the seat belt properly low on the pelvic bones, a proper fit for a child.

Answer:	The total width is approximately 22.5" with the cup holders out. The back portion is approximately 16.5"

Answer:	It is specifically made for "big" kids....the ones who are to big/old for a regular booster seat, but not quite tall enough for the seat belt to fit correctly over the chest. This booster allows for the belt to fit correctly. I bought and use it for my 10 yr old granddaughter

Answer:	16"!!!My son had an Eddie Bauer that was supposed to fit him until he "didn't legally" have to sit in it. We had to get a new one once his little legs started growing he just wasn't comfortable. This Graco car seat has the head rest and the way he sits in it he falls asleep every time we get in get in the car if it's longer than a 15 min ride!!! Love the seat; took it to a saftey inspection and was told that it is one of the better seats on the market. We love it!!!! It adjusts to them there is a lever in the back to make them more comfortable and do much safer than the booster seats alone. It has a place to slide the seatbelt in to make sure it is positioned properly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Answer:	YES! It is 3.5 are able to sit up right knowing your own child is best a child that fiddles with seat belts isnt a good fit for this kind of carseat. My kid did just fine at 3she does not get out of she seat unless instructed to and cannot get out with out help cuz of the hooks/lap belt guides.
