There are 2 level to ground lines on the shell of the seat used to determine proper angle for installation. For a child between 5 - 22 lbs the bottom level line on the shell must be parallel with the ground, having the seat fully reclined. For children 22 - 40 lbs who can sit up unassisted, you may rotate the seat between the two level lines for a more upright position. Question:	Can I use this with my 18 month old child who is ~28lbs? Or should I use a full car seat
Answer:	Depends on how your toddler is. I started using it with my son at 23 months. The decision didn't have to do with age or weight, it was just his age when we first purchased him his own seat. I wouldn't hesitate to use it for my daughter who is currently 20 months. I don't know her weight, but it's about the same as your child. I find this much easier to use than lugging a car seat through the airport. It's guaranteed to fit in the plane seat, which isn't always true for regular car seats. One warning, you have to distract the child from the plane belt buckle. At first, they want to keep undoing the seatbelt. My son got over it rather quickly (or I flipped the buckle so he couldn't lift the flap).

Answer:	My 6 yr old granddaughter is using it and there is plenty of room. We use it with the shoulder/lap belt combined. I wouldn't use any booster with just the lap belt.

Answer:	The red belt clip is adhered to the rear of the Chicco GoFit Booster seat using a web fabric strap. The clip attaches to the vehicle shoulder strap using the open slot in the clip. The instructions demonstrate the proper placement of the clip. The only problem is that the position does not stay constant. Whenever the child reapplies the seat belt, the clip must be readjusted which should be done properly by an adult. I bought this booster because of the shoulder belt clip, but it doesn't work as well as I'd hoped. My seven year old grandson doesn't ride with me frequently so I have some time to work with another way to make the strap stay more firmly in place, perhaps adding an 'S' type buckle. Answer:	We are happy to assist you with this information Bean! This seat has the "Simple Safe Adjust" harness. It does not need to be threaded to adjust the height. Instead the headrest of the seat can be adjusted by a button.

Answer:	Each one is different, depending on the expiration date. They are usually good for 3-5 years from your purchase. Mine is good until 2024 and I bought it in January 2020.

Answer:	No! Is this a serious question? The child has to remain in a reserve car seat until at least 2 years old.

Answer:	16"!!!My son had an Eddie Bauer that was supposed to fit him until he "didn't legally" have to sit in it. We had to get a new one once his little legs started growing he just wasn't comfortable. This Graco car seat has the head rest and the way he sits in it he falls asleep every time we get in get in the car if it's longer than a 15 min ride!!! Love the seat; took it to a saftey inspection and was told that it is one of the better seats on the market. We love it!!!! It adjusts to them there is a lever in the back to make them more comfortable and do much safer than the booster seats alone. It has a place to slide the seatbelt in to make sure it is positioned properly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
