Answer:	Yikes! I had all 3 of my children in a 5 point rear facing until 2, and 5 point front facing latch until 5. A 10 month old is far too tiny for less than 5 point harness for many years, please choose safety not price.

Answer:	It is MUCH simpler to latch and unlatch than a normal harness car seat. Also, it is not absolutely necessary to use the latch system (I believe I read this in the instructions), because the latch system is just there to keep the booster in place when a child is not sitting in it with the seat belt on.

Question:	Does this require a top harness strap
Answer:	No. This seat is a booster and does not have the option for a harness.
Question:	Is this FAA aproved
Answer:	No. Our booster seats cannot be used on airplanes as you must have the lap/shoulder belts in order to properly install the seats.
Question:	How wide is the seat between the arm rests? My child has wide hips and I want to make sure he fits
Answer:	14” near the back and it opens to 15” near where the hands rest. My 5yo wears a boys size 10 or Medium and he’s comfortable in the seat.
Question:	Would this fit to my 3 years old one? He’s about 40 lbs
Answer:	No. A 40 lb 3 year old should be rear facing in a convertible 5 point harness (even if their feet touches the seat) as its 5 times safer. I would look at the Diono Radian. Boosters start around 6 for average size kids or maybe 5 for a very large child. If rear facing is not possible he should be forward facing in a 5 point harness.
