Answer:	If your baby can't use it, she will eventually be able to. Our baby wasn't quite able to use it at 3 months, but each baby is a little different. I recommend getting it and if she doesn't use it right away, keep offering it every so often. She might use it when she is 4 months, or maybe when she's 5. Our baby is now 8 months old and he loves it! :D

Answer:	Hi. I've had this product, to comment, for several months now and it's been the difference for me to be able to keep myself clean on a regular basis without assistance (a mortifying thought). Anyway, the legs have rubber stopper-type boots that not only help ensure the chair doesn't move around when you have to lean on it, but also help protect the surface of the tub (which is especially good for a non-porcelain or molded tub) -- the stoppers (all four legs) have a 1/" lip (stick out from the trunk of the leg), or flange, and the measurement from outermost edge to outermost edge, across, is seventeen and one-half (17.5) inches. I suspect that's standard -- it just does fit my tub without scrunching up the stopper flanges. A final two-cents worth -- my vendor included an extra set of stopper boots (and, gosh, you never know). Truly, Wayne

I also don't remember any L shaped bars. If I recall correctly, the chair came almost fully assembled.
