Answer:	There is nothing special to do...you turn it on, you stick it in your mouth (under your tongue) and when you hear the beep you take it out. If you have turned it on, can see a readout, put it in your mouth under your tongue and it never beeps I would think you have a defective thermometer as mine beeps just fine.

Answer:	That is a good question. This thermometer cannot be used without a lens filter, as this can damage the sensor lens. We do not advise reusing filter lenses, as this is unhygienic and can cause incorrect results. Question:	Can this meter switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius
Answer:	We will be happy to help you change this unit between the temperature scales. 1) Make sure the unit is turned off. 2) Press and hold down on the Power button. After about 3 seconds, the display will show a sequence that will go: F / SET / C / SET … 3) Release the power button when the desired temperature scale is showing. There will be a short beep to confirm the new temperature scale and the thermometer will turn off. Answer:	For the most effective steaming results, especially for heavier fabrics, we recommend pulling on a corner of the garment to make the garment taut. This helps the steam better penetrate the fabric and quickly and more effectively refresh your fabrics and release the wrinkles. When pulling on the corner, be sure to keep your hand a safe distance from the steam nozzle and steam.
