Answer:	I don't believe so. Products like this tend to work more by creating a barrier between the flesh and moisture but since they do nourish the skin I imagine that it would be possible - just not idea. If you are looking to prevent razor burn I would suggest shaving with a product like American Crew shave gel or simply using cocoa butter after a shave.

Once I realized that they'd changed the formula of THIS cream, I tried their others....the stuff in the tub is way easier to put on...but is not nearly as effective...that being said....I don't like the new formulation of the diaper ointment in the tube either....but the stuff in the tube is thicker and works better than the stuff in the tub.
