Answer:	It does not have suction cups. If you just lay it down in the bathtub and press a few of the inverted cups down it we hold it in place until you either stand or sit on it. The bathmat works by standing or sitting on it. The inverted modules will collapse and provide the non-slip safety. When you do that we guarantee the bathmat will not slip.

If you received a jar that had little whiteish lumps in it, those are Shea pearls. They will melt once rubbed into the skin and warmed up. However, feel free to call the company directly and speak with someone with any questions you might have. They are really awesome to deal with. I buy from them frequently.
Question:	Is this thick or creamy
Answer:	Kinda of both and neither at the same time- imagine if vaseline were thick enough to hold shape, but thin & not so oily. If used as a hand cream, for example, it'll leave your hands greasy feeling, so it provides a protective barrier when used as a diaper cream, but the ingredient's (mainly the Calendula?) have a gentle healing property that seriously makes a significant positive difference. I also take a about a tablespoon of this, and mix it with about 40ml of "Shea Moisture- Raw Shea Butter Rub Baby Oil", and when he's got a yeast infection, pump a few squirts of this on his little tush AFTER applying the prescribed medication, to seal it all in, and to help heal the sores he gets from the YI. Answer:	It's worked fine on my cloth diapers. I haven't noticed any repelling or smell. I just put a thin layer on his bottom, you don't need much. The box even says you can use it with cloth, just use a thin layer. :)

Answer:	The alcohol is coming from the Rosemary Extract, and is less than 0.1% of the formula.
Question:	What are the ingredients of A and D Ointment
Answer:	Per company “Our manufacturer believe the discoloration was caused by the zinc reacting with the rosemary antioxidant we use in the cream. We are asking our customers to discontinue use out of an abundance of caution and have no reason to believe it is harmful. We make small batches and this occurred only with one batch. We let our customers know as soon as the issue was discovered.” Company at the beginning starts by replying and even offering to send you new tubes and issue credit. Credit never comes and replacement tubes are also “purple”. I have tried four times to contact the seller by emailing info@ and support@ no luck. I have now had to reach out to my cc company to dispute the charge. This has gone in for 1 month and 1/2.

Answer:	I have ordered numerous times from amazon and it’s always been authentic. But i guess reading the reviews helps when you are in doubt.

Answer:	Does she have an infection or allergic reaction to a soap or something you are using? I don't see why it would be harmful... babies use is in that area...I also personally use diaper rash cream on razor burn

Answer:	The lid on our 8 oz and 16 oz Triple Paste jars is new! Now, it’s a flip top to make it easier for mom to use with one hand, while holding onto baby with the other hand. We hope you like it!
Question:	the active ingredient, zine oxide, is only 12.8% vs Destin(purple) and Butt Paste(red) which are 40%. I would think 40% works better than
Answer:	This product worked in 2 days, when I was using Butt Paste for a week and it didn’t seem to help at all. I swear by this product and will use nothing but this for now on
