Answer:	I have the clear tub. I believe that the tub is made up of three grades of silicone. The walls are flexible but stiff. The hinges are very flexible. And the plug is made of very flexible black silicone. The plug is as hard to pop into the hole as the first day we used it. We put a very little amount of vasilene around the seal and the plug to make it easier to get the plug back in. There is no PVC in it at all. This is a great tub!

Answer:	Yes, this fish does float. We have the turtle and whale as well, and they float very nicely. The fish deflated slightly and is now dented in on one side (Possibly because of a temperature change in the water - confusing since there are no holes in the product) so it doesn't stay upright anymore (it floats on its side).My son still loves to play with it, and we love that there are no holes so mildew and mold can't build up inside the toy where it's impossible to clean.

You need to soak them in warm water for a few minutes the first time you use them ,and they will soften up and get slightly larger. After use, squeeze out excess water and hang in a well-ventilated place to dry completely. Because they are a natural, plant-based product, you should expect them to last 6-8 weeks before replacing with a new one - it depends how often you use them and how rough or gentle you are with them. Answer:	Hi there, and thanks for your question! No, as these are natural, plant-based biodegradable sponges, we don't recommend putting them in the wash. To disinfect them naturally and safely, we recommend soaking them in a vinegar solution for about 30 minutes every week or so. Then just rinse with clean water, squeeze out excess water and hang to dry. Also, you should replace them after about a 4-6 weeks, depending on how often and vigorously you and your kids use them. They will naturally start to break apart after a certain period of use - after all, a safe, healthy sponge that can easily return to the earth was the point with these sponges. Answer:	Nope.. this product contains phenoxyethanol which is very harmful for everyone, babies or adults... UNLESS this ingredient is used at 2% or LESS! This ingredient is very high listed on the ingredient list meaning the ingredients are listed in order of predominance, with the ingredients used in the greatest amount first, followed in descending order by those in smaller amounts This is why phenoxyethanol is bad- see below- NOW there are natural Preservatives thay could be used and this dove soap act contains that one as well and it’s sodium benzonate ( think I may have miss spelt that) I still don’t understand why they use two preservatives- one completely toxic and one natural phenoxyethanol is actually very harmful. It is harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin, especially to nursing mothers or infants. Phenoxyethanol can have an effect on the brain and the central nervous system.
Question:	Glycerin ingredient is vegan or animal based
Answer:	You need check with the manufacture or customer service if it’s not mentioned. Natural sources of glycerin include animal fats and plant oils like shea butter or coconut oil.

Question:	Did the quality of these sponges change? first one i got was soft but still had firmness. the last one i got is so soft and soggy and doesnt work well
Answer:	Thanks for asking. Being a natural sponge, each one is different is texture, color, size, and style, even though we "fish" in the same waters. Question:	It started to smell badly after a few months of use - i washed and dried it every time i used. how can i disinfect this sponge
Answer:	basically after a few months of use (usually 3 months), the sponge will wear off (or become too soft to use) and you need to get a new one, so i don't have this issue at all. after every time use it, i just wring dry and put it with my baby's bath toys in a mesh bag, don't wash or dry it with any machine.
Question:	What is this made of in terms of material
Answer:	These are made from Wool Sea Sponges. As a sea sponge expert, I highly recommend that this product NOT be used with children and especially babies and newborns. These sponges are processed by ACME Sponge Company and they are dipping these sponges in a very toxic chemical 'Potassium Permanganate'.This chemical is why these wool sea sponges, which typically should have a beige hue to them, end up looking a bright yellow color. This chemical also weakens the skeletal structure of the sea sponge, hence the many negative reviews of why this particular product falls apart after a few uses.Without a doubt, Sea Wool sea sponges are a perfect sponge for use with a newborn, baby or toddler, but we recommend purchasing one that has not been exposed to this toxic chemical as there are many other vendors on Amazon and online that sell this same sponge that has NOT been exposed to this chemical.
