Question:	Can I use it as a shampoo? To wash my baby's hair
Answer:	This shampoo is great for curly hair. If hair is too dry, that’s a sign of dehydration. I recommend using oils (without proteins) meaning, coconut oil NOT olive oil. Pinterest offers lists for oils that help with moisture. Also, be sure to follow up shampoo with a leave in conditioner. You should only be shampooing 1x a week for kids over 2 and maybe 1x a month if they’re younger. Shampoo is very drying. Switching to this shampoo is a great start, but they need moisture and less wash days. Conditioner or oils are okay daily or every couple of days. I hope this helps.
Question:	How can I return this leaking
Answer:	Chemicals mostly but it smells close to regular Johnson’s baby shampoo. I don’t detect citrus nor flowers.
Question:	Is this product thick and creamy as opposed to runny and thin
Answer:	It’s designed to hydrate curly hair. There are so many actual body washes out there I don’t know why you would use shampoo.

Answer:	You can use it for dry hair, but it's not going to moisturize the hair or dry out the hair. If you/your child has dry hair, I recommend using coconut or almond oil to saturate the hair overnight or at least a day and then use this to wash hair for soft hair. Answer:	I received one 20 ounce bottle of shampoo.
Question:	Why is sodium hydroxide (aka lye) in a shampoo that claims to be as gentle as water. Last time i checked lye is a caustic soda
Answer:	Actually lye soap isn’t bad. And the “real” Johnson’s baby shampoo doesn’t have enough to notice. A bigger question is why this particular shampoo stinks. Literally. I returned it.

Answer:	We listened to parents from around the world and reformulated our products inside and out to set a new standard for gentle. This formulation is old and has been discontinued. We no longer sell this formulation.
Question:	Is this baby shampoo the same original (old) formula depicted on the webpage
Answer:	I’m sorry I stopped using Johnson n Johnson products 5yrs ago when I had my daughter. This wash was VERY drying to baby’s skin and the fragrance caused irritation and triggered eczema. I switched to Dove baby wash.
