Answer:	It's soft and comfy. If you a have big baby u won't even need the sling at all. I don't use the sling with mine.

Answer:	My guy is 10 months and in the smaller side he fits fine. I LOVE this tub, though it's a little bulky to store. The removal green "seat" helps support unsteady sisters and comes out easily for when they can sit on their own. If your baby isn't too tall I would think this will works great for a 1 year old.
Question:	Up to what age could this be useful
Answer:	We used it until baby was pulling up by himself AND trying to get out of the tub. For us that was around 9-10 months.
Question:	What's the difference between the old version and new version
Answer:	I just (March 25, 2020) got the new version and it does NOT have the drainage holes in the seat insert that were causing the toe injuries. Based on the design of the new version, I don’t see anywhere the baby’s toes could get scraped, so I will try it with him. If I am wrong and discover otherwise, I will report back.

Answer:	i sure am not a plastic's engineer it is a plastic is all i can safe not real tough provides comfort while bathing a child I would NOT put it in the microwave or a dishwasher to cleanse that would be too high of heat but a normal bath and proper cleaning it does fine AS far as toxic air is toxic i sure dont know what you mean

Answer:	Yes I think you can use it for a 1 year old. I bought this for my 15 month old because he started to move around in his Primo tub that is not flat on the bottom so he was slipping and hurting himself. This works great because he can sit different ways but still feel contained in the little tub vs. the full bathtub. He has enough room to stretch his legs lengthwise from even the middle of the tub and can sit cross legged if he is facing one of the sides of the tub. Hope that helps.

Answer:	My guess is that it would "fit" but it won't stay on properly. It's super cute but we also have an older spout and it just rests loosely on it. If your child is eager to take it off or play with it than it might not be a good bet. My kids don't really care about it so it works.

Answer:	It will undoubtedly fit on but whether it will stay on or not is another question...It relies on the pull up type with the button at exactly the right distance from the front.
Question:	Does it protect your child from hiting the bottom of the faucet...it looks open at bottom
Answer:	Yes. It has to be open at the bottom for the water to fill the bathtub. However, the whale comes down below the faucet about a half inch to an inch. That extra coverage means the metal of the faucet is covered. It has saved us from hitting the bottom twice.
Question:	Have you had any problems with leaving it on and it getting moldy? (or taking it off and still getting moldy
Answer:	Moldy. Incredibly moldy. I took it off and about half of the inside was pure black mold. I cleaned it, and there are some spots that just won't come off. HOWEVER, none of the mold is actually touching where the water comes out. So I didn't have a freak out moment. I did throw it away though, but only because my son is now 20 months and I'm no longer worried about him hitting his head. The bathroom conditions: It was on for 19 months without ever being taken off. We live in Miami, where black mold grows on EVERYTHING (plants, roofs, walls, EVERYTHING). The bathrooms only have windows, not fans, so they stay humid for a while. And finally, our A/C can never get the house cooler than 75 degrees in the 'winter' and in the summer, we're lucky if it can drop it below 80. So we have some primo conditions for mold. Bottom line: I would buy it again if I needed it. But if you have conditions that will allow mold to grow, I would check it more often and clean it, as once it does get moldy, it's impossible to fully get rid of.
