Answer:	When they're a newborn, no. The water runs right out. When they're a bit chubbier, the water pools around their shoulders and hips, and you have to move one leg at a time to drain it out so they can't suddenly turn and submerge themselves or splash a bunch of pooled soap water in their eyes. All in all this is a really great bath support u til they are about 15lbs
