Answer:	This is a baby Walker. So there are wheels underneath. And if you are using this on hardwood floor there are rubber "stoppers" that attach underneath also. However on carpet you will not want the rubber stoppers or else it won't move at all. Babies sit in it and usually because of how easy it is they learn to push themselves backwards in it before walking forwards.

For anyone unable to attach the toy bar... 1. Analyze the toy bar- at each end is a bulbous part and each has a rectangular groove. Then analyze the tray and the clip pieces and how the move and turn. 2. Notice the rectangular movable pieces on the tray; these will grab each end of toy bar. 3. Notice that the circular, bulbous piece spins freely from the bottom end of each toy. This is so you can counter-turn as you snap it into place. 4. From under the tray, push each rectangular “clip” upwards and spin it until it’s perpendicular or forming a + sign. 5. On the toy bar, spin the bulbous end piece until the groove is aligned with the clip part from the tray. The point is to have the - fit into the - groove from the bulbous part. 6. Then push upwards on the clip as you push downwards on the bulbous part and counter turn each piece. Meaning to turn one piece clockwise while the other counterclockwise. It doesn’t require much force. So if it’s not “going” then reverse force and soon you feel the “snap”. 7. Once “this side” is done, move on to the other side. Answer:	My baby is 24 months and her shoe size is a 6; I bought the 12-36 months pack. They fit nicely. They are thick but not too thick- thicker than the socks you wear with dress shoes but not as thick as the pair you would wear with winter boots to make them feel too tight. Hopefully this helps
