Answer:	No it doesn't. My newborn could not sit in it. It was not reclined enough for him. He is almost 2 months now and can sit in it better now but I was really disappointed he couldn't sit in it when he was first born.

This is much sturdier than the flimsy metal ones that are at my daughter's daycare. Although, I would stick with the recommended weight limit of no more than 25lbs.

Answer:	Not that I have noticed. I have 2 dogs one that sheds and one that does not, but I do not see any of her fur on it. I have only had it out two times for my granddaughter but so far it does not appear to attract lint or fur.
