Answer:	Hi! You can roll up the two cross arms into a coil shape and zip tie together. They will coilup tight enough without breaking (measured diameter with tape measure) and fit into the bottom of a 16x16x16” box. The padding should roll up pretty tight and you could even vacuum seal or zip tie it. Then stuff the rest on top. If you have any room you can cut the box down to make it shorter in height for a decrease in shipping cost. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It’s a great mat as long as you don’t mind that the music and lights break after 3 days. I bought two and both started to act up after only 2 days. I returned both. It’s too bad the company hasn’t fixed this issue.

Answer:	CHANGE THE BATTERIES!!!!!!! My goodness I’m amazed at how many people say the “gym is defective” 5 - 15 days after purchase as music stops or makes a buzzing sound. The batteries are trial batteries and therefore need to be replaced for normal batteries when you receive the play gym. Thankfully this gym will ensure the babies turn out to be smarter than the adults as it’s full of objects that promote sensory learning and early development. It’s a brilliant gym that will be used for a long time 😊
