We usually place our babe in the swing, turn on the vibe and then use our foot on the wire footing to manually 'bounce' her...it is honestly her favorite way to get to sleep. Answer:	No it doesn't. My newborn could not sit in it. It was not reclined enough for him. He is almost 2 months now and can sit in it better now but I was really disappointed he couldn't sit in it when he was first born.

Answer:	I own them both and I feel that they are quite different as my little one only napped or slept in the rock n play. He would never associate play with the rock n play because he knew that’s where he slept. This item I found most useful- this is my go to thing to put my baby in if I’m getting shower, in the kitchen, etc. he loves it because he could reach the toys where in the rock n play he is just now able (5 months). This is great too because so easy to pack up and send to grandmas even though it doesn’t fold up. Extremely light weight and the top does come off easily. We use this daily and couldn’t go without it!

Answer:	No I would say it's pretty light weight. Ive picked it up with one hand (empty of course lol) many times and wouldn't classify it as "heavy" at all.

Answer:	No, it won't break. This is a very well made bouncer. It has metal bars that support the frame of the seat. It is very sturdy and the plastic is thick. This is much sturdier than the flimsy metal ones that are at my daughter's daycare. Although, I would stick with the recommended weight limit of no more than 25lbs.
