Answer:	To answer this question, I used the red bars with the black vinyl end caps remove. This would simulate the socket bar bolted down tight in your tool box. I used all Craftsman sockets. I measured the socket height alone and then again after mounted on the socket rail.*After installation, the 1/4" socket was lifted 0.488"*After installation, the 3/8" socket was lifted 0.456"*After installation, the 1/2" socket was lifted 0.419"If you leave the black vinyl end caps in place, that would add .050" to each of the dimensions provided above.

Answer:	The tallest rack is 3-1/2". They fit perfectly in my 3-1/2" deep Craftsman and Snap-On boxes.

Question:	Do sockets fall off while walking carrying the strip full of sockets
Answer:	Just to have a view, other than the seller's, I was highly worried about this as well. I usually grab an entire cheapie rail and go. Normal 3/8" sockets are fine on my cheapies, but deep 3/8" would always fall off, or come off on my cheap rails. THESE rails, I can easily pick up the deep socket rail by grabbing a few of them, and lift the whole thing out np. I did some minor wiggle tests to make sure they wouldn't fall off while hanging, all good. I am super impressed with these holders for the price.
Question:	Can you buy 3/8" only clips? I'll buy the 3/8" rails if I have to, but would rather not throw away a whole bunch of unneeded rails

Answer:	They don’t necessarily “mount”. The sockets simply rest in their dedicated spot sitting upright. The trays are able to be fixed to a board, bench or wall via a screw or nail hole in the base. Although mounting vertically I imagine is not ideal because the sockets are not locked into place by any means. Hope this helps y’all

Question:	Are the sizes listed on the organizers
Answer:	The sizes are not listed as far as I remember but maybe I don't understand your question. Basically 1 organizer is 1 size socket drive. All your 1/4' drive sockets fit one, your half inch drive sockets will fit on another. And if you don't know socket drive sizes, after about a few minutes you will know what drive is what size by sight alone.
Question:	how durable are these in -40 to -20 degree temperatures
Answer:	They will be fine I believe. Just don't leave them out in the cold for like months at a time. Store them like always.
Question:	Trying to find the length of these
Answer:	They are 11 inches long
Question:	Are the socket pegs interchangeable with the rails, i.e. can you place a 1/4 peg on a 3/8" rail and visa versa? Thanks for your help
Answer:	On mine is was possible to switch the pegs, remove the black ends and slide them off.
