Answer:	Sorry, but I don’t know any of the TSA parameters for this type of case. Maybe, check with the manufacturer or with the rifle maker, as to specific models that could work.

Answer:	they contain 50ml of the product. the unopened bottles are less than half full but they do contain 50 ml of the threadlocker.

Answer:	it is made to lock threads together. it sounds like you have a stripped thread on the screw. this will not work on stripped threads.
Question:	Do these have fairly large handles? My husband has a bad hand so some srewdrivers are hard for him to hold onto
Answer:	You can re-thread the striped bolt about 1 size smaller depending on what is being connected together! If not a critical connection do as I suggest but best of all replace with a new bolt! There is not many choices for you unless a totally minor connection. Vibra-TITE 140 is excellent to lock the connection once you put it together again!
Question:	Can the rack be sold seperatly
Answer:	Wouldn’t recommend, use blue loctite
Question:	Is it lifetime warranted
Answer:	I used on my caliper bolts and it worked fine. 2.5ml is plenty to do all your bolts--a few times over.

Answer:	Gonna be a tight fit but, yes, I think it will. I'd advise looking at the case interior dimensions, drawing that out on a big piece of cardboard, then try fitting them inside the lines with a 1/2" border for cushioning.
Question:	is it possible to lock the rotation on the 1/4" model

Question:	Are these thin enough (the tips) to clean out debris on perforated leather
Answer:	Barrel lengths range 18-30 inches. Compare the gun overall length versus the case I.D. and allow a few inches clearance. If you don't have a scope, width should be no issue. Case width was tight on my scoped gun, but fit.
Question:	Do the tips bend under normal to heavy use
Answer:	I’ll do you one better. I’m a law enforcement officer, assigned at a major international airport, and own this particular gun case. Buy regular locks. They will not open your gun case unless there are inconsistencies in the X-ray. Either way, you will not be allowed to leave until it’s been cleared. Therefor, you will be asked to unlock the case in front of them. So any lock is good. Hope this helps.
Question:	How do I go about getting the warranty replacements. A few of my picks broke
Answer:	If you're shipping on a commercial flight, you need to use TSA approved locks, which can be purchased at places like Bass Pro, Cabellas, or a real locksmith shop. I have not had success getting the correct locks at hardware stores. So, for the TSA locks, the shackles are slightly different sizes. The best thing to do is take the gun case and try them. For some sizes, the shackles fit through the locking holes, but will not lose properly. For some sizes, the shackles will not fit though properly. I ended up drilling out the holes in the case making them slightly larger for a more secure lock. Sorry for the long winded answer -- I don't have anything more precise than trial and error, thanks to the TSA unique requirements
