Question:	What's the shelf life of the fluid
Answer:	We had a 22' Jayco Jayflight and purchased the 20' to 22' and it was too tight. We got it on but when we opened up one of the panels to get something out of the RV we broke one of the zippers toward the front trying to rezip. We are new to RV's and should have realized that the picture of the cover is on an RV with a straight up and down front and ours is slanted out. Measure the longest part of your RV and use that to determine the size, don't rely on the fact that it is a 27'.

Answer:	If the hole in your tube is smaller than 1/8", then the tube sealant will seal it up and you will not need to patch it. Slime's tube sealant lasts 2 years, so the repair will not be permanent, but it will last 2 years before you will need to add more Slime to your tube.

Answer:	Some bags don't work as well as others. The trick is finding the right temperature. For instance chip bags needs a bit more heat and a few attempts to seal fully, but too much and you burn a hole through it. I haven't had a bag that won't work, but give yourself some room to experiment first. Also, give it a chance to cool down in-between or the heat element will be hotter than usual between seals.

Question:	Would I use the whole 2oz for a tube inside a 700x28 road tire? It's says "pre-measured" for bicycle tires, but they come in many sizes and volumes
Answer:	I use the full 2oz on my MTB tires which are 2.3 x 29 inches. That seems to work very well off road. I’d probably use the full 2 oz for an new tubeless setup in that size. There is less science to this than opinion and experience. But flats suck - I err on using a little more unless you are planning on racing or are extremely concerned about weight.

Answer:	The nipple core needs to be removed from the stem (requires pliers or inexpensive valve stem tool). Deflate tire, hold with wheel stem at either 4 or 8 o clock, about 1/3 - 1/2 abottle of Stan's is emptied into the tire (follow instructions). Replace valve stem and fill the tire with air (keep the stem offset from 6 o clock or all the Stan will flow out of the tire). Spinning the tire while slowly rocking it back and forth to evenly distribute Stan's, go ride and have fun

Answer:	This product should only be used with tubeless tires (including those on ATVs/UTVs, golf carts, riding lawn mowers, small trailers, tractors, scooters, etc). It is not suitable for use on a tubed bicycle tire. But Slime does sell a sealant specifically for tubes! Look for the red label bottle (Part #10003, #10004, #10056W or #10162) and prevent flat tires in your bicycle tubes for two years. There should be no mess installing Slime into your tube, but if some does drip out during installation, then the eco-friendly formula cleans up easily with water.
Question:	i have a 1952 willys jeep with military tires--tubed, i know slime is primarily for tubeless tires--but will it work on my jeep
Answer:	What are you installing Slime into. I don't believe they recommend using slime for any tire that will be used on highways. It is mainly for construction equipment, farm equipment any off-road vehicle that does not require wheel balancing. It is not recommended,if I remember correctly, for any speeds over 35-45 mph. Yes it can be used on front tires. My commercial mower has it in all 4 tires. i have used Slime now for 5 months without having to add air to any tires. Previously I had to add air every use because of thorns and briars sometimes every couple hours. I can not believe I never installed Slime before this, what a timesaver.

Answer:	Depends on what kind of tubeless setup. For a real UST setup that does not require sealant this will work to plug punctures. For a tubeless conversion that requires sealant to actually seal the tire bead this will not work nearly as well as latex-based sealants designed to do so.

Answer:	I have used the Slime product that is recommended for tubeless tire in tubed tires with great success. I understand they sale Slime for tubed tires but it worked for me in my tubeless golf cart tires.

Answer:	The bottle of slime you are looking at should be enough for 15 to 20 bicycle tires, or 7 - 10 car tires. It really comes down to the size of your tires. I recommend starting with an ouns or two, then add some of need be. Slime pretty well. It helps to locate the leak, then make sure slime gets to that area (turn and tilt the wheel).

Answer:	Fix-a-Flat remains a liquid that coats the inside of your tire. Please be sure to take your tire to a repair professional within 3 days or 100 miles to have the sealant removed.
Question:	How soon should you get the plugged tire professionally fixed
Answer:	Yes. I had a very slow leak that every couple of weeks I had to add air. This fixed it 100% and I did not have add air again.
Question:	Is it safe to keep a can in car trunk all the time? will it explode in trunk heat
Answer:	Never bothered to check! Don’t think so. Bought two bottles and used them immediately in in rear truck tires. Slow leaks fixed.
Question:	Does this product solidify inside the tire or does it remain a liquid
Answer:	No, this Slime tire sealant is for emergency flat tire repair in highway vehicles only. It has to be removed within three days. You want to use Slime tube sealant instead (red label bottle - Part #10003 or #10004). It prevents and repairs flat tires in bicycles for up to 2 years!
