Answer:	You should be able to because it's the air release button that prevents the tire from deflating. As long as you don't press it the gauge will just display the pressure.

Question:	Can you remove the clip on chuck and replace it with a dual head chuck
Answer:	Sir I think your asking if you can replace the tire valve chuck. I suppose one can if you unscrew the tire chuck from the fitting and your "dual head" device has matching screw in connection. If not I suppose you could remove the brass clamp on the hose and replace the entire chuck piece as long as your dual device has the appropriate sized nipple and you can crimp clamp it onto the hose.
Question:	Is this a cheap knock off of the jaco flowpro tire inflator gauge? even the product description was copied
Answer:	There’s a JACO shown below this one. In neither case do you have a “Tire Inflator.” It’s a gauge. If you plug this thing into your tire thinking you’re going to inflate it, then you better hope you have a AAA membership, because an hour later you’re going to still have a flat tire. Very misleading product name. Amazon should have made it clear that an air compressor is required.

Answer:	That's the disadvantage of the digital readout; it isn't continuous reading like my analog dial tire inflator. With the analog one, it's much quicker because the reading returns immediately after releasing the trigger or the bleed valve, so the pressure can be set without the lag time needed for the digital gauge to acquire the reading.
Question:	Do you need an air compressor or does it connect to the gas station pumps
Answer:	This is setup to connect to a 1/4" quick (dis)connect fitting. The QD fittings are what are almost always on the working end of air hoses which have a general purpose. In other words a shop, garage, etc. where different air tools may often be switched out on the hose end. Gas station air hoses really have just one intended purpose; to fill tires with air. Therefore they almost always have a Schrader type inflation tip. So out of the box, no this will not work at a gas station. By adding a bit extra to this, you can use it at gas stations. All you would need to do, is instead of threading in the supplied 1/4" QD male, put in what is called a tank valve. It will have the threading to attach to the inlet port of this tool, and have a Shrader valve (just like tires have) on it's other end. Answer:	Made in china. The tool worked for several months and then the air line blew out near where it connects to the gauge (it was under about 16 psi when it failed). The device was only used a few times and kept in a box in the shop when not in use . My experience with this gauge is consistent with other products we bought for the farm based on price, that were manufactured in China.

Useful note:

In order to get a good seal, please put the tire's air nozzle up or off to the side. It's the best when the nozzle is around 6 or 7 o'clock position so that you can firmly press the guage straight down which means you have to crane your head a little bit for reading. Always remember the most important thing for you is to be able to press down straight & hard onto the tire's nozzle.

Answer:	The 2 Pack are 2 that packed together. Not seperately packed.
Question:	What is the battery model/number for this gauge
Answer:	After receiving my two-pack, I opened one to check the batteries because the instructions that came with the gauges failed to identify the batteries and I didn't find the previous answers to this question until after I had checked my gauge. AstroAI indicated that the gauge uses 3 @ AG13 (Silver Oxide) batteries and 1 @ CR2032 (Lithium) battery. I found 3 @ LR44 (Alkaline) batteries and 1 @ CR2032 (Lithium) battery. It's useful to note that the LR44 alkaline battery is cheaper and has a shorter life than the AG33 silver battery. I also don't trust small alkaline batteries in devices such as this where they can leak. When my batteries need to be replaced, I will use the AG13s. Looking at the wiring in the gauge, it is apparent that the single CR2032 powers the pressure transducer while the three LR44 or AG13 batteries power the light.

Answer:	4-24-16 The one I received today IS the updated version with the steel mesh hose and 2 AAA batteries. Also, simplified battery installation/replacement procedure. Simply peel back the rubber cover, pry open battery compartment door, install batteries, replace compartment door and re-seat rubber cover.

Answer:	Yes, the black air hose that is attached to this unit has 1/4" NPT on both ends and fits standard accessories. It appears that any of the Milton dual head air chucks will fit as they are furnished with female 1/4" NPT.
Question:	Does this unit hold and seal the tire stem well? The clamp looks the cheap one that doesn't stay on the valve stem
Answer:	Put on correctly, it seals and will hold air...it is not a cheap fitting. I have used mine to check tire pressure even without an air hose hooked up when I was just checking.

Answer:	The manufacture does give a lot of accessories, 1/4 NPT coupler is used to connect air compressor, if you already have one, keep it as spare. Lock on chuck is kind of universal for most cars, dual foot chuck is for deep truck tires. I think they also provide sealing tape and other small stuff, which comes handy when you need them.

Answer:	After about 10 to 20 uses, The needle goes back to zero when removing it from the valve stem. I really like this and have purchased three of them. Just disappointed that this one goes back to zero without pushing the release. Not sure how to contact the company.
