Answer:	Lol! Now that is funny. Well it's not exactly an option over spark plugs I will say that much. Glow plugs are typically used in Diesel engines, and obviously spark plugs in Gasoline engines. There are no real "Advantages" to using glow plugs.

Answer:	According to our size charts, the Cummins ISX will use a T-211 (standard type, no nipple) or T211N valve (nipple type, hose compatible), provided that your vehicle has the stock oil pan (factory original.)

Answer:	I never tried to unscrew the nipple but it looks like the nipple nut holds the internals of the valve together. I would be concerned about damaging the valve. The valve is tucked up there pretty far, I think you would have to be doing some significant rock crawling to damage it (chances are you would also be smashing the oil pan even without the valve). The nipple sticks down an extra 1/2" more than the non nipple equipped valve, but it makes oil changes much cleaner as the nipple gives a nice straight flow into the pan or container.

Answer:	Assuming you have something in the 3TNV series, it would appear they have a 22mm x 1.5 plug. However, some Yanmar motors also have 18mm plugs. The easiest way, without precise model matching, would be to get the bolt measured or match it with a nut to figure out the diameter and pitch.
