Question:	Will this drain the car battery and does the car need to be running to use this
Answer:	Other people are saying yes you can run it with the car off but there’s more too it, the lower you discharge the battery the more it needs to be recharged. That process is what shortens the life of your car battery. If you want to keep your car battery as long as possible I recomend only iseing the inverter while the engine is running

Answer:	Your headphones are (probably) picking up the electomagnetism put off by the inverter. Move away from the inverter and see if it goes away. If not, then insulate your headphone wire. If that doesn't work, then try it with someone else's (preferably new) laptop. Some cheap/old laptops are built with too few capacitors and you probably shouldn't use this inverter. (Alternatively, you could hardwire capacitance into your charging cord). It's also possible that the product is not actually putting out a proper waveform. It works fine on my laptop, so I haven't tested that yet.

Answer:	Only technically yes, if your cigarette lighter can deliver 49 amps. The cigarette lighter in our car is powered through the ignition switch and has a 10 amp fuse on it. Those 10 amps at 12.6VDC translates to about 100 Watts at 115 VAC out of the inverter.
Question:	How long will it power a modem/router
Answer:	It depends on your power Source ... the Battery. But for a modem ... for a Very Very long time indeed : ) I use it to power a mixing board for sound applications and it's Great for several hours using a small emergency battery intended for lights. The word EXIT might come to mind here : )

Question:	Silly question-just purchased to run pa for an outdoor wedding. Test run great. Could you just buy a separate battery to run from one time
Answer:	That would work until the charge drops to un-usable.. The time would depend on the power usage and time usage .. Similar to how a charge on a trolling motor works.. Also big issue would also be the battery would have to be FULLY charged before starting too!
Question:	Forgot to ask what size studs are on the 12 volt input side? Does this 1100 watt inverter accept the U.S. standard polarized plug now was this fixed
Answer:	Not sure on the stud size but this unit does come with the cable leads already set ip and ready for install. I have the 2000 watt version of this unit. I however upgraded the cables to a heavier cable do to the fact I needed more length because of where I mounted the unit. I run a small microwave of 600 cooking watts and my coffee pot that is also 600 cooking watts. Neither one have worked AS WELL on other inverters as they do with this unit. Now depending n what you are going to run off thus 1100 watt unit , you may want to consider going larger. Appliances such as a microwave , advertise less than they actually use. They advertise the COOKING power. So a 600 watt microwave is pulling more like 800 -900 depending on the features of said microwave. And yes - the plug ins are the standard US household 110v plug. There is also a secondary ground wire you should put in and hook up as well. The kit does not come with this SECONDARY round lead. I personally love my unit. Its the best I have used in 16 years. Question:	Will this run a standard fridge
Answer:	Refrigerator usage is strongly a function of age. The newer it is, the less it uses. I think mine, 4 years old, uses about 300W so it can easily be powered by the inverter. But my big deep cell battery is about 100 Amp hours. That's about 1200 kw hrs so it would only run the frig for 4 hours if it stayed on all the time. It doesn't but still it won't last a day. Still worthwhile, IMHO.
Question:	why is that iam not getting a 110v ac using a multimeter, instead iam getting 86v. is the unit defective
Answer:	I am only getting 58v from the inverter using my volt meter. I plugged in a small fan and it seems that it started to heat up the fan controls and melt the face. I plugged the fan back into the wall and it ran just fine without heating up. I am getting 12.4v at the input terminals and using an AGM 100ah battery. do I have a defective unit? Also, the fan doesn't turn on in the back.

Question:	Can i hook up for shore power
Answer:	No, but . . . (and I don't mean to sound rude, here) I've found that the wisps are usually the result of either 1) a difficult glue-up where things need to be nearly in place before the glue is applied - which very often cannot be eliminated - or 2) poor technique. One advantage that I've found with this gun is that when I release the trigger, the flow is usually abated sufficiently to preclude the spider webs. A lot of that has to do with the amount of back-pressure the gun can build up on the molten glue and whether or not it's released when the trigger is released. I still have issues with them but I write it off to the nature of the beast or operator error. I'm going with nature of the beast for 200, Alex. :)
Question:	This unit broke on me after light use. Can I get a replacement or a troubleshooting guide
Answer:	I build foam planes with it. If you glob a lot of glue in one spot it will melt the foam, but if you squeeze it out in a line it won't melt the foam. With lower watt guns by the time you get to the end of the glue line the beginning has started to set. That won't happen with this gun. But be warned, keep a cup of ice or ice water close in case you get the glue on yourself, it will burn you.
Question:	If this inverter is 2000 watts, why can it only handle 500 watts
Answer:	Yes it will work with 7/16" sticks. It says it will work with 0.44" sticks which is what 7/16" comes out to.
Question:	Will this power a small air compressor
Answer:	Given the experiences I've had with hot glue sticks, I wouldn't rely solely on hot glue for construction purposes - particularly where strength is relied upon for the safety of individuals (stairs, deck framing, handrails, etc). Even the high-temp glue tends to maintain its own integrity and won't fully bond with the wood the way a liquid wood glue will. I've only used two different glue sticks - clear and white (made for wood working) - and they both soften significantly when they get hot once they're in place (i.e. the sun shines on an assembled product or the product is stored in an attic). I expect there's a better woodworking hot glue out there but the way the glue cures is the nature of the beast and the curing process starts as soon as the glue leaves the gun. Also, and this could work to your advantage for temporary gluing . . . all it takes to break the bond is some alcohol in the joint. I have found that the hot glue works well as a temporary bond when used in conjunction with a liquid glue . . . liquid glue over a majority of the gluing surface with spots of hot glue in the corners. But I still rely on fasteners of some sort to complete the joint.

Question:	Would this be able to power a Xbox series S
Answer:	The wires on the inverter are good quality and the clamps are so so. If you are only running Smal or intermediate loads they should be more than adequate. I always prefer cables with ring terminals for more permanent use or higher loads.
Question:	When used on a deep cycle battery, how low can the voltage drop before it shuts down
Answer:	Because each internal inverters allow 1kw. Both together add up to the stated capacity of 2kw. If you only connect one of the dc inputs, your limited to 1kw max.
Question:	Is the fan quiet
Answer:	No problem ...the weakest point of this arrangement is battery bank size and the health of the batteries...this unit started and was running my 1500 watt microwave in my RV but my batteries could not keep up! That is just a matter of not enough stored energy .... this inverter easily starts and runs my well pump! It will start and run much larger loads as long as the batteries keep up otherwise unit will shut off on undervoltage.
Question:	Is the inverter rechargable
Answer:	Motors don't care, in a great percentage of the time, whether it's "pure sine", "modified", or square wave. Many electronics loads are more sensitive, but not motors. I've got a 2kW, and it works fine for my travel trailer.

Answer:	sorry i don't know but i have further researched these devices. All the ones i have found have a disappointing low current rating. But you should know and understand that the connecting wires and hardware really can't handle more than a couple amps or you will have heat failure of the components, wire connectors, circuit board traces and the such. So that's what i have deduced.

Answer:	An electric motor, at start up, can easily peak at 3 times the normal running amperage. A compressor under pressure can peak even higher. If you can find out the peak amperage for a particular compressor & then buy an inverter that can handle the peak, for the time in which the compressor peaks, then you will be okay. People often run refrigerators off of inverters. Beware, you cannot run 500 watt device off of a 500 watt inverter.
