Answer:	Possibly a bad battery. Or a drain on the batteries. My charger flashes through the charging cycles, within 24 hours per battery they go green and are charged. Unless you have a drain and it can’t fully charge it - i.e. fridge is still on. Then it would always be pulling a charge and never fully charge

Answer:	The user manual does not say anything about slow charging; it might charge the battery to a point if connected to it but it won't be slow. The car battery charger can charge small electronic devices via USB ports, but the charging circuitry that controls, monitors and limits the amount of current that goes to charge these devices is in the small electronic device itself. Question:	does this work with optima yellow top battery
Answer:	The cables are about 8 inches long not including the clips. However since the power pack is only a little larger than a cell phone it is easy to get it within a couple of inches of the battery posts so the cables do not have to be long to reach. That is the great thing about these little starters....they work without having to have space to maneuver a car or to need long cables.
Question:	Why does it say not to charge a dead battery in the warnings? Is that not what it’s meant for
Answer:	It charges using a provided USB-C cord but you must provide the wall or auto charger.
