Answer:	I found this on the NOCO faq page.... What types of batteries can Boost jump? All Boost models (except the GB500 Boost Max) can jump start 12V lead acid batteries only. This includes wet, gel, maintenance free, enhanced flooded battery, and absorbent glass mat batteries. The GB500 Boost Max is capable of jump starting 12V and 24V acid batteries.
Question:	Will it jumpstart an AGM Optima battery or any Deep Cycle Battery
Answer:	Yes it will start up any (vehicles) car battery. However (in error) when I received my order of the GB-40, I had only checked it; by turning it on and looking to see what the power display showed (as far as voltage lights). I should have charged it, even though it showed full charge; when I had to use it maybe a month later (as my battery in the car) had finally given up; the booster saved me but then showed low power had remained on the booster GB-40. The car's battery needed to be replaced the next day. The GB-40, saved me!

I have left it plugged in for months at a time with no harm, however I agree that bringing it to a full charge and then unplugging it seems best. It will hold a full charge for months. I am ordering an additional one and hope it is still made the same as my original. My first one is an amazing product.

Answer:	Yes! My cousin was visiting us on a route abd left something on in his rig. I pulled this out of my Dodge and started that rig up no problem.

Answer:	No! The clamps suck and loose their grip. Mine fell out of the holder, shorted out and caught my trunk on fire. Burned the jump pack, the contents of my trunk, carpet, and damn near burned my car to the ground! Extremely dangerous without a master shutoff switch!!

Answer:	Doesn't seem to have a loop for belting. But if you have access to a sewing machine you could add a loop easily to the outside of the side that doesn't have the pen holder if that might help. Now machine check with friends and neighbors. Call the local sewing shops to locate a reasonable priced home sewer the sewing or fabric stores often keep lists of folks who sew for a price. If you lived close I would put a tan or black nylon web to the outside making a loop that slips easily over your belt. Though not a removable one you would need to remove the belt to slide off the non buckled side.

1 The device is designed for vehicle emergency start while running out voltage of car battery.

2 OPERATING INFORMATIONS:

3 Cannot start vehicle because of low voltage of car battery, Connects the device to 12V car battery by alligator clamps, red clamp to positive and black clamp to negative. It will transfer all the rest electric power to the device capacities form car battery and indicates CHARGING on device screen. By pressing START to start vehicle while it indicates FULL CHARGE on device within 3-5 minutes. If it does not indicates FULL CHARGE after 3-5 minutes, means the car battery is running out of voltage. In this case, Please charge the device via power bank, DC adapter or other car battery, after it indicates FULL CHARGE on device screen within 3-5 minutes. Then press START button to start vehicle.
