You can measure carefully and check the size of the battery you want and MAYBE find a bigger one that still fits your chair battery space, but you are better off using the battery size recommended by the chair maker. |

If not fault code is present and the charge light is not coming on you will need to check the battery pack fuse and the voltage of the battery pack. | Question: | why does the fault light stay on when plugged into charging port these r new batteries |
| Answer: | Chargers and charging ports have two polarity options. If you look at the charging plug, the two prongs sort of opposite one another are either negative or positive. The one that is sort of in the middle is connected to the negative one. Most are like this one, but some are the other way. So your charging port on your mobility device is most likely the reverse polarity compared to this charger. BTW, did you read the manual? It should tell you what the indicator lights mean. If one didn’t come with this charger, you can find the manual online if you search for it. |
