Battery Replacement

When the lock no longer make sharp alarms,instead produce constant sound "Ge Ge Ge…", that means the battery is going to be exhausted and you need to replace them. Please use the Mini Wrench we provided to spin out the fours screw at the bottom,take away the shell and replace the battery. Pay attention to the anode "+" and cathode "-".

Answer:	I have had this for more than 6 months and use it daily. I park my bike in the garage of my hotel and I know that people touch my bike (security officers informed me of this) so it goes off regularly. I have not had change the battery so far so if you park it where there are few people touching it then you can double of triple the life of the battery.

Answer:	As soon as the device feels some movement to the wheel or bike itself it’ll start beeping loudly. If you’re not able to hear it then you’re bike will get stolen. It’s an alarm device. Somebody can take your wheels off and steal it.

Answer:	My bike weighs 680 pounds. But that weight isn’t resting on the chock, it is only holding the front wheel in place so it doesn’t matter how much your bike weighs it will hold it.
Question:	does this have to be mounted to the floor... looking to have in portable to use in the garage for working and in the driveway for washing
Answer:	It does not. BUT, you will need a solid object/surface in front of the condor (like a curb or a wall) to brace it. With nothing in front of the Condor, it may move and slide around as you mount it. Having the Condor as a portable option is definitely possible though. They even make a small bracket that mounts to the floor (designed for trailers) that will properly secure your Condor in place. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to mount the small bracket to a concrete floor or driveway, given the proper hardware.

Answer:	They are definitely NOT the same as your regular sneaker size. Order a half size down at least. I wear a 9.5 US 43EU on my sneakers and the 9.5 in this boot felt like a 10 maybe 10.5 even after tightening.

Answer:	No it will not. The hub thickness is too compact in terms of area able to "pinch" the wheel in the cones. Also the diameter of the cones that come with this unit are too small for the large diameter though hole in the center of the wheel. Looks like you have to take it to the dealership, or have an adapter machined to fit this type of balancer.

Question:	Will this properly hold a fat tire mountain bike
Answer:	They are held down with 4 lag bolts,spacers,nuts and washers. They can be removed,but not that fast. Then can be bolted back down when you need it again.

Answer:	Yes. The rear piece of the chock is adjustable, as it folds up to hold the tire securely in place. The nose of the chock is designed to fit various tire sizes. I have had mine for two years and have hauled everything from a sportster to a dyna to brand new streetglides with no problem. Word of advice - this unit ships with mild steel hardware. Mine rusted out in 6 months. I replaced everything with stainless, and have had zero problems.
Question:	does this fit 21 in tires
Answer:	It works on my 97 fat boy and 2007 ultra glide for sure have no clearance issues with finder or break parts. I will add do not cheep out on tiedown straps. if it was not for the wheel chock my fat boy would have feel over onto its side. I had to keep tightening up the straps every couple miles to get back home.
Question:	I have '16 Street Glide, stock tires. Will this touch the brake disc
Answer:	Bolts were 2 5/8 inches long full thread

Question:	What size flat heads do you need to secure these
Answer:	I would not use a flat head screw at all. But rather, a 3/8" hex head nut & bolt with a washers, or hex head screw. The hex head will not interfere with the tire.
Question:	Is your Dimensions correct ? it show 36.7 x 11.4 x 5.9 which means the 11.4 is the height/tall but my order came in at 15 inches tall, will not fit
Answer:	Mine measures the same as yours.....15"... Not sure what you mean... "will not fit" . My chock "fits" just fine and works great. Sorry for your problem. Rich B.
Question:	Has anyone mounted this to a table lift
Answer:	Yes, it works perfectly. It has to hang over the end 6 or so inches depending on which bikes you want to have it accommodate.
Question:	narrow front tire! Is there an adapter for narrow tire
Answer:	I have a narrow front tire on my Harley and this works fine. In fact it works better than fine very sturdy heavy durable I use it in my garage and I also use it in my toy hauler
