As per the other reviews, I would first check your gun to see if was in fact pumping grease, then reinstall the coupler and try again, before you put it on a fitting. Could be that the fitting jerk that you tried it on was frozen. If it still does not allow grease to flow, it is defective and you will need to return it.

Question:	Does this work with Milwaukee grease guns
Answer:	The answer to this question is somewhat complicated. The standard LockNLube coupler has a 1/8" NPT hose connection. This will be compatible with all US grease guns EXCEPT SOME of the 18 volt Milwaukees. It appears that Milwaukee imported a batch of 18 volt guns that have 10x1 Metric thread on the coupler end of the hose - unlike the majority of Milwaukee 18 volt guns, which have the standard 1/8" NPT thread. There is no way to tell what the thread is without taking off the coupler and then test fitting a known 1/8" NPT onto the hose end to see if it works. If the known 1/8" NPT does not thread on, it is likely that you have one of the Milwaukees with the 10x1 Metric thread.There are indications that the most recent Milwaukee 18 volts are now coming through with the standard 1/8" NPT thread again, and not the 10x1 Metric.There are several solutions:1. Determine the thread type on your grease gun - chances are, there may be no problem at all with just using a standard 1/8" NPT thread LockNLube coupler.2. Replace the original hose with a new Milwaukee hose Part # Milwaukee 49-16-2647. The new replacement hoses are 1/8"NPT. The thread size is printed right on the front of the package. Your LockNLube coupler will then connect properly to the replacement hose.3. Contact LockNLube, by calling 603-795-2298. Question:	Does it had any tools in here to remove dirt from clogged up in grease fitting? Thanks
Answer:	No, this product just has different tips and adapters. Best way to clean the fitting is spray with soapy water and wipe off with a rag. The spring loaded ball on the fitting should prevent dirt from getting inside. If you want, they are very easy to remove. Most require a 5/16 or 3/8 wrench. Just unscrew it and clean it with warm soapy water and a q-tip under the sink.

Answer:	Pull the spring collar back a little bit and while holding it attach put it on your grease gun's fitting and let loose of the spring collar.

Answer:	If you get the shaft in an appropriate position there are a couple of the fittings that work really well. Hope this helps I like the kit and use it all the time some of the adapters I have not needed yet but imagine I will at some point.

Question:	How do you put the larger sleeve on? I have a lock n lube and it will not fit the regular sleeve
Answer:	To remove the small sleeve and install the larger sleeve use a 10mm deep socket and ratchet. Hold the slippery Pete by the hex portion of the head on a vice or vice grip pliers and use you 10mm to gently remove the grease fitting inside the small sleeve. Be careful not to loose the spacer behind the grease fitting, since it will be needed to lock the larger sleeve in place.
Question:	How do you release tip from zerk after done greasing
Answer:	This grease coupler releases the same way as a regular straight coupler. Pull away from the Zerk at an angle.

Question:	I bought this and am using it with a lincoln 1133 gun, it oozes out grease all around the coupler, am I doing something wrong? thanks
Answer:	This is for applications that have no grease fittings and would punch though the rubber boot leaving only the smallest of holes. If grease is coming out around the coupling that would tell me it fits to loose in your grease gun or there is to much pressure against the needle. I have 2 of there on different grease guns one electric and one air operated and the only time they will ooze is when the needle is tight up against something.
Question:	How do you take this off once put in
Answer:	Just pull the needle out like a regular grease fitting. Wipe the rubber boot with some carb cleaner and seal the hole with a little silicone.

Answer:	Yes. It is a tapered tip just like a hypodermic needle that they use to take blood at the doctor. Agree with the previous answer....take your time or else it will leak around the connection to your grease gun.
