Answer: Hi I measured a couple of my 15 oz. coffee mugs, one is 5.5" high and the other is 4.5" high. I would use the 6x6x6 box and will allow room for bubble wrap or tissue paper. Thse boxes are very nice, there is an extra piece for the bottom of the box. I will be purchasing more boxes from this company for my spring craft fairs. Please measure the mug if possible. JZ

Question: I just purchased the tgsuvproa spreader and its missing the parts to the lid and hooks to hold.lid down i need them asap what can you do for me
Answer: The flip top doesn't go all the way back, but it's not a problem if you use this product as intended. I'd assumed this was a French press/travel mug combo when I bought it, but it is not. It's a French press/thermos. It keeps my coffee nice and hot and then I pour what I want to drink into my coffee mug. I tend to drink my coffee slowly, so it's been great to be able to sip a little coffee at a time and then pour some more hot coffee into my cup. It stays hot in the thermos for over an hour.
Question: The instructions say not to tilt the unit when there's salt in it. How do you get extra salt out without broadcasting it out

Answer: Actually the 1/2" shaft of the motor fits inside the larger end of the coupler and is then secured by the set screw. The spinner disc fits around the larger diameter portion of the coupler. The spinner disc is secured to the coupler by means of a pin that passes through the holes in the hub of the spinner disc and the large hole you see in the side of the coupler. Hope this helps.

Answer: Look at the shaft length. It worked on mine but I had modifie it due to shaft was too short. My model takes one with a 6inch shaft.
