Question:	does this work good on fiberglass boats/gellcoat
Answer:	I needed Windows 10 for a class, and only had a Chromebook (an older model) so used "Chromebook Remote Desktop" and my phone's mobile hotspot made the experience seamless overall. I was able to run some graphically intensive games without any lag and could also run my C++ development software remotely. The main problem I ran into was that there are no F keys in a Chromebook, which actually made a number of tasks really annoying. Another problem was that it had this "connected" box appear near the top of the screen, which never fully goes away, and can ruin a full screen experience. Especially games that like to minimize themselves when you click something in front of them. These issues aside, the trick worked. Other than that, don't expect to get Windows 10 to work. Even if you could somehow figure something out, the power of a chromebook is largely network based so you would have an even worse experience than on an Atom based Intel Compute Stick. and speaking of which, the only other work around I could think of is if you could somehow get the chromebook screen to act as an HDMI display to be used with a Windows 10 compute stick, but the HDMI port for a Chromebook is for output only. To get it to accept input you'd have to open the Chromebook up, access the video cable that goes from the motherboard to the display, and then use an HDMI-2-LVDS converter. Then you'd be able to use the screen as a display for a compute stick but then you'd have a problem with getting it's keyboard and mouse to work with that so you'd need a separate keyboard and mouse and this will all together cost more than just buying a Windows 10 laptop so either use remote desktop or buy a different laptop.

Google promised to let the new Google Chrome get Android apps. Yet not this machine, yet. One can get some android apps through uploading apk (can get video on how to do it on you tube), but what I have witnessed is that they do not runs as smoothly as on android tablet. T appreciate three main features of this Chromebook: 1) Ease of running through remote access into my PCs in my office at work and at home (can make up for the software that runs on windows only) 2) Chrome can run programs that require a fast Citrix connection better than my Lenovo windows laptop 3) Chromebook is only 2 pounds, ideal to carry it around. Question:	What's the difference between the cutting and finishing pad? The pictures show no difference
Answer:	Hi Alberto, I own and use both respectively. I going to be totally honest - They both look almost identical until you look at both of them up close and I don't think there would really be any significant different if you used one over another for either cutting with compound or even waxing (which is what I use the finishing pad for). Regardless, they work great and I couldn't be happier with these pads on the Meguiars DA polisher. I do detailing professionally for a classic car restoration shop and this stuff makes my job a lot easier and the cars look fantastic.

Tips for best results when using Meguiar’s DA Microfiber Finishing Discs

• To achieve best results, always work on a cool surface and in the shade.
• Make sure all moderate below surface defects in the paint have been removed first with a Meguiar’s DA Microfiber Cutting Disc and Meguiar’s DA Microfiber Correction Compound D300.
• For optimum results use the DA Microfiber Finishing Disc with the appropriate backing plate (3” DBP3, 5” DBP5, 6” DBP6), Meguiar’s DA Microfiber Finishing Wax D301 and da polisher like Meguiar’s MT300 Dual Action Polisher.
• Prime the disc by distributing the DA Microfiber Finishing Wax thin and evenly over the entire pad.
• Set da polisher to 3,800 OPM’s and place disc flat on the painted surface.
• Apply product using light and uniform pressure. Reapply as needed to the paint and continue working over the vehicle until a thin, even coat of DA Microfiber Finishing Wax has been achieved.
• Remove residue before it dries with a clean Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber Towel.

Question:	How often do these pads need to be swapped out if working on a somewhat oxidized surface? I want to use these on old musical instruments
