Answer:	So yes you can rinse them but polishes and compounds are hard to get out. My suggestion IS to use a hard bristled brush and brush out pad between panels. Side note; these CG pads fall apart easily especially when you wash them. Just fyi 3m and buff and shine pads are miles better
