Answer:	Since it is IR , it’s not measured it lumens, technically. I might have read somewhere that it was 180 lumens. But since it’s not on the same wavelength as the light that we see, not comparing apples to apples.

As it only looks at heat signatures so it doesn’t matter if it is day or night, but I would not recommend it at night as it makes it a bit difficult to shoot,as what your eyes see and what it sees are different depending upon heat signatures. However it is a must have!

Answer:	This one is very powerful. It's incredibly bright up close, which is to be expected. I bought it to use with the ATN X-Sight II. If the light is on the scope, it drowns out the picture. If the light is up front on the muzzle of an AR, you can see everything in front of you for an impressive distance. I can't give you anything more specific than that, but I can tell you this is the IR equivalent of a strong Mag Light. It's bright. Maybe 75 - 100 yards. One thing to point out, it's also big. Make sure you know the size of this thing before you order it.

Answer:	I cannot guarantee it will work on Mini-14, I had installed in a Ruger AR-556 MPR with a Picatinny rail. Requires a Picatinny rail, and still a little bulky for a big rifle like the MPR.
