Answer:	Generally you can use the existing screws. It depends on the depth of the existing holes (if you've cut any length off of the stock, etc.) If the depth is shallower you might want to use the same thread size but shorter length. Make sure that the head of the screw is a Phillips panhead and that the diameter will go down into the screw hole on the pad without damaging it. Pretty straightforward stuff.

1.Loosening the tire: Remove the valve cap and core and deflate the tire. Use the bead loosener to unseat the tire bead.

2.Dismounting the tire: Clamp the tire onto the tire changer, and adjust the valve at 1 o’clock relative to the tire separation head. Insert the tire tool and lift the tire bead onto the mounting head to dismount the bead.

3.Dismounting the sensor: Remove the screw nut from the valve stem, and then remove the sensor assembly from the rim.

4.Mounting sensor and valve: Connect the sensor body and valve stem at a suitable angle (normally use the maximum angle of 30 degrees) and tighten the screw.

5.Remove the screw nut from the valve stem.

6.Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim with the sensor on the inside of the rim.

7.Tighten the screw-nut with 4.0 mm with the help of the positioning pin.

8.Mounting the tire: Place the tire on the rim, make sure that the valve faces the separation head at an angle of 180 degrees. Mount the tire over the rim.

How to use the EL-50448 OEC-T5 TPMS Reset Tool?

Kindly Notice:

Before using the tool to reset the TPMS, your car need to get into the Learning Model.

Below are the steps to get into the Learning Model:

1. Put on handbrake and make the gear in P position.

2. Use cruise to choose TPMS re-learn mode in the dashboard settings.

3. Horn will ring twice and the TPMS indicator flashes, then the learning mode has been successfully entered. (If equipped, the message center will display the front left (LF) tire)

And here are the steps how to use our GM TPMS Relearn Tool?

1. Starting relearn process from left front tire, point antenna on correct position. Press & release power button. Once the speaker chirped, move to the next tire.

2. Follow this order to reset TPMS sensors: Front left, front right, rear right, rear left.

3. After all sensors reseted, the car horns twice means TPMS re-learn finished.

Note: If the power light glows red after resetting a tire pressure monitor, you can ignore it. Just reset other monitors. When you're done, you can contact us, we'll send you a new VXDAS TPMS reset tool if you need it. And sorry for this situation.
